Explanation about the disclosure of information
When you complete and send a contact form under “Careers” on the www.ruru.at website, the personal data you provide (email, salutation, name, title, company, telephone) and the contents of your query are stored and processed by Donausäge Rumplmayr GmbH for the purposes of making contact. Furthermore, in doing so, you consent to have the specified personal data passed on internally for the same purpose, within Donausäge Rumplmayr GmbH, at a national level. Your personal data shall be stored for a maximum of six months from receipt of your application (acc. to “GDPR”). Of course, your personal data shall not be forwarded to third parties without your permission.
With regard to the personal data which relates to you and which is stored by us, you have the right to information, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, withdrawal and objection. If you believe that the processing of your data violates the data protection laws, or that your claims to data protection have been violated in another way, you may submit your complaint to us at any time via email@example.com.

Server Log File
This website processes the following personal data in a server log file for the purposes of monitoring the technical function and increasing the operational security of the web server, based on the predominant legitimate interest of the responsible party (technical security measures):

- Operating system used
- Referrer URL
- IP address
This data is only stored temporarily in a person-related form for a duration of max. 24 hours. After this, the IP addresses are anonymised.
With your consent, we use the open source software Matomo for the analysis and statistical evaluation of the website usage. Cookies are used for this. The information obtained in this way about the use of the website is transferred exclusively to our server and summarized into pseudonymised use profiles. We use the data to analyse the use of the website. We do not pass the collected data to third parties.
The IP addresses are anonymised (IPMasking) so that it is not possible to match the data to individual users.
The data is processed on the basis of point (a) of Art. 6(1) GDPR. In doing so, we are pursuing our legitimate interest in the optimisation of our website for our public image.
